Instructions (How to use):
Apply on clear brows. Using the brush, gently lift brow hair upward and slightly to the side for a fluffy brow look. Four and more laminated effect gently press brow hair down with your finger. Let dry. Apply your favorite eyebrow pencil/powder/pomade to fill in your eyebrows.
